November 2026: Two Senior Head Office Roles at NMB Bank in Trade Finance and Mining Research A degree in geology or mining engineering is an unusual route into a bank, but it is the core requirement for one of two senior vacancies NMB Bank Plc has opened at its head office. The second post is on more familiar banking ground: growing trade finance business with the bank’s corporate clients. Each role is a single position, and both need at least four years of experience in the relevant field. The two close a day apart, on 19 and 20 November 2026. Manager; Trade Finance (Corporate) This manager finds and closes trade finance deals with large corporate clients, especially construction firms, telecom companies and major public institutions. The job involves structuring deals with relationship managers and the credit team, tracking how clients use their approved facilities, and leading work to digitise the bank’s trade finance services. Before the bank lends, the role reviews geological reports, resource estimates, mine plans and feasibility studies, and visits project sites to check progress and spot operational, environmental and credit risks.
