Special Event Coordinator

Deadline: Nov 14, 2026 Location: Mbeya Job Type: Full-Time Job Description About the Job Responsible for executing brand-led consumer experiences and regional events in Mbeya that strengthen brand advocacy, increase profitable volume and market share, and enhance the corporate reputation of AB InBev’s beer and cider portfolio. Responsibilities • Consolidate branding plans and activities • Coordinate with the sales team on point-of-consumption selection • Review contracts and ensure compliance with commercial directives • Brand office premises and other channels • Plan, execute and report on experiential events and brand-building activations • Plan, execute and report on regional sales-driving events • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Manage AB InBev beer account procedures, including FBIs, stock and deals • Gather and develop insights into consumer behavior and engagement with the brands • Manage third-party event suppliers and stakeholders • Review and take ownership of trade campaigns and programs promoting sales and marketing campaigns • Supervise price communication through posters and other price campaign materials • Manage BTL stores in the region and ensure POSMs are received, deployed and maintained in stores and trade • Manage cooler deployment, positioning and tracking, and ensure reports are shared • Manage activities related to capital expenditure Requirements • Sales and marketing experience • Event planning and execution • Brand activation and consumer engagement • Stakeholder and supplier management • Contract compliance and administration • Consumer behavior analysis • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Forms proficiency • Computer literacy • Social media skills • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License Application Instructions Please follow these steps to submit your application for this position: Deadline 14 November, 2026 Online Link
