Vacancy title: Field Marketing Officer Employment type: Full time, Industry: Financial Services, Category: Sales & Retail, Advertising & Marketing Jobs at: Mogo Credit Tanzania Deadline of this Job: Thursday, November 19 2026 Duty Station: Dar es Salaam and Dodoma, Tanzania | Dar es Salaam Summary Date Posted: Thursday, November 5 2026, Base Salary: Not Disclosed JOB DETAILS: Description • Generate quality customer leads through field marketing activities, referrals, activations, and partnerships. • Convert generated leads into approved and disbursed loans while maintaining high conversion rates. • Achieve individual monthly lead generation and loan issuance targets. • Conduct daily field visits to identify and acquire new customers • Promote the company's products and services to potential customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers, tricycle dealers, businesses, and other referral partners. • Ensure all customer information and documentation collected are accurate and complete. • Follow up with prospective customers throughout the loan application process until disbursement. • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular progress reports to the Branch Manager. • Represent the company professionally during field activities and community engagements. • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends, and report findings to the Branch Manager. • Participate in branch marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events. • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards. • Maintain professionalism and safeguard the company's reputation at all times. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or other authorised line manager Requirements • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or any other related field. • Additional sales or marketing certifications will be an added advantage. • At least one (1) year of experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or field operations is an added advantage. • Experience in the financial services or lending industry is preferred.
