Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Maintain accurate records of all goods received, issued, and remaining in stock. • Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the relevant department. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of goods within the store. • Issue materials and products to authorized personnel upon approval. • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. • Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-organized. • Monitor stock movement and report any damaged, missing, or expired items. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all store-related transactions. 2. Qualifications and Requirements • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficient in both written and spoken English. • Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. • Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in stock management. • Must demonstrate honesty, accountability, and attention to detail. • Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management will be an added advantage.
