The successful candidate will oversee daily bar operations, manage bar staff, control inventory, and drive venue revenue while ensuring exceptional service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage and streamline day-to-day bar operations, maintaining high operational and cleanliness standards. • Supervise, schedule, train, and coordinate bar staff and service personnel. • Monitor daily sales, manage beverage inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and prevent shrinkage. • Develop strategies to boost sales revenue, improve venue profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction. • Prepare and submit regular operational, financial, and stock management reports to ownership/management. Requirements & Qualifications • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, Food & Beverage Operations, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of proven success managing a bar, lounge, or restaurant. • Strong hands-on staff supervision and operational management abilities. • Demonstrated skills in stock management, inventory control, and retail sales monitoring. • Excellent customer service orientation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. • High level of personal integrity, discipline, transparency, and accountability.
