Operations and Logistics Accountant

Closing date: 2026-12-04 Hiring location: Dar es Salaam Career level: Senior Qualification: Bachelor Degree Experience: 1 - 2 Years Job Description Join Our Logistics & Real Estate Team We are looking for a highly competent, proactive and experienced professional to join our team. We operate in a fast-paced logistics environment that involves extensive field operations, frequent communication, multitasking, team coordination and meeting tight operational deadlines. We therefore need someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements • 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, transportation or a similar operational environment. • CPA qualification or an equivalent professional accounting qualification. • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team of more than 10 people. • Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills. • Ability to attend meetings, coordinate field activities and handle operational challenges. • Must have worked with their previous employer for at least one year. • Must be between 25 and 38 years of age. • Must be flexible and willing to work extra hours, including occasional late evenings when operational demands require it. Training & Recruitment Process Successful shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-week assessment and training period. Upon completion, management will evaluate performance and determine whether to proceed with a three-month probationary employment period. We need a hands-on professional who understands the working environment, can adapt quickly, take ownership and contribute immediately.
