Role Overview ATARA Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Key Responsibilities • Key Responsibilities • Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations • Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and community partners • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to services and facilities • Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and marketing • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English Skills required: Communication Skills; Financial Literacy Skills; Hospitality skills; Leadership Skills; Marketing Skills; Problem-Solving Skills
