HR Manager at Sinoray Company Limited HR Manager Company: Sinoray Company Limited Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Industry: Automotive / Mobility Solutions & Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview Sinoray Company Limited, a leading provider of high-quality motorcycles, tricycles, spare parts, and mobility solutions, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its team as HR Manager. The successful candidate will lead the human resources department, oversee daily HR operations, implement company policies, and drive organizational effectiveness and employee relations in Dar es Salaam. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the overall performance of the HR department to ensure the effective delivery of all human resources functions. • Supervise, guide, and mentor HR staff to ensure activities are completed efficiently and on schedule. • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, attendance tracking, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations. • Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and strict confidentiality of all employee records and personnel files. • Monitor full compliance with company regulations and applicable Tanzanian labor laws. • Prepare comprehensive HR reports for management and provide strategic advice on labor and workforce matters. • Identify human resource challenges and recommend appropriate, proactive solutions to boost employee performance and organizational productivity. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional working experience in Human Resources. • Strong working knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment legislation. • Excellent leadership, team supervision, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and diverse employee teams.
