Ensure product pasteurization/sterilization is carried out within specified temperature, pressure, flow rate, and holding time limits. • Continuously monitor and record critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, steam pressure, and holding time. • Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) according to established procedures before and after production. • Verify the readiness and cleanliness of the equipment before production starts. • Conduct routine inspections of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, sensors, pipelines, and other equipment to ensure proper operation. Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and ensure compliance with quality specifications. • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs) as defined in the HACCP plan. • Immediately report and respond to process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and product quality issues. • Minimize product losses and optimize machine efficiency by maintaining stable operating conditions. • Coordinate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted production. • Perform basic autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. • Maintain accurate production records, process logs, CIP/SIP records, downtime reports, and quality documentation. Skills required: Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc); Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
