Company: A-One Products & Bottlers Ltd Apply Before: Nov 30, 2026 Location: Moshi, Tanzania Type: Full Time / Permanent Career Level: Mid-Career Professional Positions: 1 Experience: 3 - 5 Years Education: Diploma Profession: Production Industry: Manufacturing Date Posted: Jul 31, 2026 Job Description • Ensure good understanding of the machine's SOP. • Prepare and duly fill/maintain the daily log sheet. • Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown. • Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours. • Ensure machine settings are as per standards. • Ensure GHK and GMP are adhered to according to the machine's SOP. • Ensure maintenance schedule is completed on time and adhere to the given task list. • Keep safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts. • Be responsible for all machine parts and components during maintenance and idle time. • Strictly maintain shift reporting time and break timings. • Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over charge; obtain permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving. • Follow instructions given by superiors. • Ensure timely communication regarding raw material and consumable needs to the Reporting Supervisor. • Carry out changeovers as and when required. • Ensure proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift. • Take responsibility for troubleshooting during breakdowns. • Ensure utility requirements (air, chilled water, power) are according to machine standards. • Ensure machine safety and men safety interlocks are in place. • Accept shuffling of location of responsibility as needed, and any other job assigned by management during the period of employment. • Adhere to the do's and don'ts guidelines given by the Reporting Officer. • Perform and ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surroundings. Skills required: Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc); Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
