BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Grow customer relationships, deposits, and lending business.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers.
• Promote banking products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer retention.
• Support loan processing, credit monitoring, and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant banking experience in sales, lending, or customer relationship management.
• Strong business development, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and business targets.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, risk and compliance.
