RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - GROUP LENDING Company: Coop Bank Tanzania Tagline: Uistawi kwa Wote KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive growth of the group lending portfolio, loan disbursements, and deposits. • Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with groups, associations, and community-based organizations. • Assess group loan applications and ensure compliance with credit policies and lending procedures. • Monitor loan portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue facilities. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve group lending business targets. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management standards, and internal policies. • Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, business growth, and credit quality. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Relevant experience in group lending, microfinance, credit management, or relationship management. • Strong skills in business development, credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and loan recovery. • Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve lending and business targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
