RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - MSMES, SMEs & EMERGING CORPORATE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Grow the MSME, SME, and Emerging Corporate customer portfolio, deposits, lending, and revenue. • Identify and acquire new business customers while strengthening existing relationships. • Assess customer financing needs and recommend suitable banking products and credit solutions. • Conduct credit assessments and ensure quality loan portfolio management. • Monitor loan repayments, manage credit risks, and support recovery of overdue facilities. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets. • Ensure compliance with banking policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, customer growth, and business opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • Relevant experience in relationship management, SME lending, credit, or business development. • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, and portfolio management. • Proven ability to acquire customers, grow business portfolios, and achieve targets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
