Coop Bank Tanzania Ustawikwa Wote Position: TEAM LEADER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and supervise Business Relationship Officers to achieve branch business targets. • Drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, lending growth, and revenue generation. • Enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and retention through quality service delivery. • Develop and implement branch business development strategies to identify new market opportunities. • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support staff development. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement initiatives. • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of service issues. • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Relevant banking experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management, or customer experience. • Previous experience supervising or leading a team will be an added advantage. • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, grow customer portfolios, and deliver excellent customer service. • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
