How Kaziplat works
Where the jobs on Kaziplat come from, how we show what each job asks for, and how matching and alerts work.
Where the jobs come from
Kaziplat brings together jobs published by employers and job websites in Tanzania, and jobs employers post on Kaziplat directly. Every job page names where the advert came from and links to the original, so you can always check it there.
One listing for each job
The same job is often advertised on several websites. Kaziplat recognises the copies and shows the job once, so your search isn't filled with repeats.
What each job asks for
We read each advert and set out its requirements clearly: the education, the years of experience and the skills it asks for, and the closing date. The full advert is always on the page too, because it's the advert that counts.
How well a job fits you
When you add your CV, Kaziplat compares it with each job's requirements and shows how well you fit, and why: what matches and what's missing. The score is a guide to help you choose where to apply. The employer decides who they invite.
Alerts
Save a search, and Kaziplat tells you when a new job matches it, by notification or email, depending on your settings and plan.
Applying
You always apply yourself: on the employer's website, or by email from your own address. Kaziplat helps you get ready, with a CV builder and a checklist of what each job asks you to send, and it keeps track of where you applied. We don't send your CV to employers for you.
Free and paid plans
Searching, matching and applying are free for everyone. Paid plans add faster alerts, more CVs and more downloads. They're paid in advance and don't renew by themselves.
