About Kaziplat
Kaziplat helps people find the right job and apply with less effort. We're starting in Tanzania.
Job hunting shouldn't feel like a second job
Kaziplat helps people find the right job and apply with less effort. We're starting in Tanzania.
The problem
Finding work takes too much time. Jobs are spread across many websites. Many adverts don't fit you. Deadlines pass before you see them. And every application means starting again.
How Kaziplat helps
- One search. Jobs from many employers and websites, in one place.
- Your best matches first. See which jobs fit your CV.
- New jobs come to you. Save a search and get alerts.
- Apply with less work. Your CV and applications, all in one place.
Our mission
To make finding a job simpler, faster and fairer for everyone looking for work.
Our vision
A world where every job seeker can find the opportunities that fit them, wherever they live and whoever they know.
What we believe
- Clear information. A job page should tell you what the job needs and how to apply.
- Honest matching. We show how well a job fits you, even when the fit is low.
- Your data is yours. You can download your data or close your account at any time.
- Made for local job seekers. In the languages people use, on the web and on your phone.
